Job Summary

Anurag University invites applications from qualified and passionate academicians for faculty positions in the School of Management. We are seeking candidates who can contribute to teaching, research, curriculum development, and academic mentoring in the areas of Marketing, Business Analytics, Finance, and Operations Management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the respective specialization
2. Develop course materials aligned with university and regulatory standards
3. Engage in research, publications, consultancy, and funded projects
4. Mentor students for academic and career development
5. Participate in curriculum design, academic administration, and institutional activities
6. Contribute to accreditation, rankings, and quality assurance initiatives
7. Support industry collaboration, internships, and placement activities

Required Specializations

1. Marketing
2. Business Analytics
3. Finance
4. Operations Management

Eligibility Criteria

1. MBA in relevant specialization (MBA Finance candidates are encouraged to apply)
2. Ph.D. preferred as per UGC/AICTE norms
3. Strong academic background with teaching and research orientation
4. Prior teaching experience in higher education institutions is desirable
5. Industry exposure will be considered an added advantage

Preferred Skills

1. Research publications in Scopus/ABDC/UGC-listed journals
2. Case-based teaching methodology
3. Data analytics tools exposure (for Analytics specialization)
4. Academic administration experience
5. Strong communication and presentation skills
